MISCOTA DID GOOD

Previously I had written an upsetting review we received notification our cat food was in we ordered it but received dog food BUT Miscota kindly refunded us fully and we were told to dispose of the food accordingly we donated 7KG hypoallergenic dog food to a Dog charity rehoming dogs. Thank you Miscota a wonderful turn round. I'm sure if you could have you would have supplied the right food.

I read a lot of bad reviews after…

I read a lot of bad reviews after purchasing from this company... and was subsequently worried about what might happen. The company is based in Spain - and that could be clearer when ordering as it obviously has an impact on delivery times. The order took 2 weeks to arrive - but that was within the time frame specified upon ordering, so can’t really complain. Its not surprising it took that long seeing as half the country decided leaving Europe was a good idea, so freight and parcels obviously now take longer. Order arrived in decent packaging, with no damage, and all the items ordered were in perfect condition and as described on the website. No complaints. Not about Miscota anyway, plenty about Brexit though. Worst decision this country has made in living memory.

Beware extra charges and inflexible shipping

added extra charges that I did not agree to e.g. administrative charge??? higher than quoted shipping charge???could not change shipping address immediately after order. now I have no money and no product. good customer service would send you the shipment again and then credit you account when the first shipment was returned.

Good price and fast delivery

Good price and fast delivery. This company can handling orders which the most of company’s in in Germany are not able to do. So that is the reason why I am ordering here. Go ahead.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I ordered an adjustable harness for my cat. The item I received said kitten harness on the packaging. I reported the error and they have refused to resolve the issue, stating that despite there being no mention of it being for kittens nor any info on measurements on the item description on their website, I should have checked with them before ordering. Beware and shop elsewhere.

Shipment lost by Canada Post but…

Shipment lost by Canada Post but tracked as "delivered" however no signature is shown, so somehow this got faked by somebody. Miscota refuses to refund. Let's see what Visa charge-back does. Terrible customer service and returns/refunds policy. They don't have shipping insurance.

Ordered some fish tank filters off here…

Ordered some fish tank filters off here around a month ago, still waiting for the item. I keep checking the status of delivery to now find out that my address on the parcel wasn't recognizable so has now been returned to sender! I have tried to contact them and had no look what so ever. Terrible customer service, I would just like a refund! Also try to sign in to find my account is not found. Very frustrating.

Satisfied with prducts,prices and service until shipping costs soared to a very high level i am unfortunately unable to afford these costs so with regret have to find an alternative supplier Maggie

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!! THEY DO NOT SAY WHAT THE SHIPPING TIME IS AND IT'S 2 WEEKS!!!! FOR 9 POUNDS!!!! I asked IMMEDIATELY for a cancellation of my order and a refund and they said that my order was departed already when online it said it was still being processed!!! ALSO they don't have a phone number - DON'T BUY!!
